To have maximum fun with ibibo Games you need to have Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Vista with atleast Internet Explorer 6.1. The hardware requirements are P-II 500 MHz or better with a minimum of 128 MB RAM and 1 GB free hard disk space. For the Pool Game you need DirectX 9.0 or later.

ibibo Game client is your window to games with awesome graphics and controls. The biggest advantage is you don't have to wait for the games or website to load. Once you have downloaded and installed the client, you can play quickly without any delays.

You would need an internet connection to download ibibo Games. Once downloaded, everytime you play you need to be connected to the internet. Remember if you have an internet connection that has frequent breakage or drop, your experience may be sacrificed.

The only pool download contains only one game i.e. Pool. In the 'All Games' download there are other fun games like Chess, Match Master, Treasure Hunter, Robo.

If you downloaded only Pool initially, you can click on the button for any of the games inside your game client, and they will start to download

To play ibibo Games you need to login with your ibibo ID. You can create your ibibo ID by going to ibibo.com or using the sign up form provided inside the ibibo Games login window.

ibibo ID is your unique identity also known as the username on ibibo.com. You need the ibibo ID to access all services on ibibo.com and ibibo Games. Always remember your ibibo ID and password once you sign up.

You can goto ibibo.com and use the Forgot Password service to get a new password

One or more of these could be wrong - You might be using an incorrect username (ibibo ID) or password. You might be typing the password incorrectly, check if you pressed the caps lock key or the shift key while inputting your password and username

First you need to choose a game. Click on one of the games you've downloaded in the Games menu on the left. This will expand a list of "Game Rooms" for the game that you clicked. When you sit down at a Table the game will launch in a new browser window. You cannot sit on tables where the game is already in progress

Win Rate: The % of games that you win
Gems: You earn gems for winning games. You lose Gems when you lose.
Gem Level: Gem Level is a ranking based upon your number of Gems
Experience: The number of rounds you've played for a game
Won: The number of rounds you have won
Lost: The number of rounds you have lost
Early Quit Rate: The % of games that you start and

Yes, if a player quits early it is counted as a win for you and you earn Gems.

"Items" are tools with special powers that you earn during the game and can use on your opponents or yourself to gain an advantage. Items are only used in Treasure Hunter, Robo, and Match Master. In all three games you earn Items by removing game pieces that an Item has appeared upon.
